Amanda Mansfield BSc (Hons), MSc, PGDip in Supervision of Midwives, RN, RM, FPOS

I have worked as a midwife for 24 years, and as a Consultant Midwife for the past 13 years. I have practised in all maternity settings and have a passion for pre-hospital maternity care.

I have worked for the London Ambulance Service since January 2015 and have set up Joint Maternity Training for Ambulance Staff with midwives from local hospital and independent midwives. I am committed to team working to promote safety in care delivery and the improvement of outcomes in the setting where we practice.
I am dual registered and maintain my nursing registration in the community setting as well as being a first responder for the small Derbyshire town where I live. I love the outdoors and participate in open water swimming, triathlon and diving.
